Project name: Search engine to identify IT companies having problems with filling their vacancies
Problem: The client provides services for the creation, development and support of IT solutions. One of the streams of the lead generation is the search for companies that have difficulties in closing IT vacancies. It’s quite hard to identify IT companies having problems with recruiting staff. Another problem was recruiting skilled HR employees. In order to solve these problems it was necessary to come up with criteria allowing to identify IT companies which “urgently need” certain specialists and develop a system capable of performing these tasks.
Solution: We have developed a solution based on our database comprising the vacancies collected from social network VK.com. The data on vacancies is processed and machine learning is applied, enabling to identify IT companies having problems with filling their vacancies.
Outcome:
- The system collects information about published vacancies at the social network VK.com and ranks them according to the rules
- The system collects recruiter contacts
- The further development of the system envisages the search of IT companies’ vacancies on Facebook
