Objective: The customer needed a tool that allows recruiters to upload vacancies and candidates using specific scenarios for further jobs and candidates matching. Also it needed A/B testing of scenarios uploading process.
Solution: Telegram bot was made in order solve this problems. It allows to upload vacancies and anonymous CVs of candidates in various formats. Candidates upload process was organized with implementation of A/B testing. It allows us to determine which of the candidates upload scenarios will be the most convenient for recruiters. All uploaded data is stored in the database. Easy access to them via a web interface is organized.
Results:
- Boat has been launched, customer provides A/B testing.
- Solution utility hypothesis has been confirmed.
