Project: Outsourcing services for several product development teams

Problem: The client lacked necessary software developers and Automated QA engineers to speed up the development of products/solutions. Its own workforce and existing vendors were not able to cover a growing demand.

Solution: Form a long term out-sourcing programme:

• Within 10 days, we had sourced a QA Automation engineer.
• 2-3 weeks later, our client was seeing results that met our promises.

The client was impressed and asked us to source a dedicated team (Team leader, 1 Java developer and 2 automated QA engineers).

Current status:

• We have built a strong reputation as a tenderer who is able to close positions fast and with the highest quality of software engineers
• We continue to develop this direction, and we prefer complex tasks like highly loaded corporate systems

Technological stack: Java, Kotlin, Python, RabbitMQ, Oracle, TestNG, Robot Framework.
